Christmas Blessings to You and Yours.  Jesus story unfolds in Luke 1.

We find ourselves sharing Shepherd Acres amidst the year of quarantine and challenge of the unknown.

It is for sure we have all been given opportunity to slow down whether we wanted it or not.

Our precious Kona litter celebrates being one year old on the Nineth of December.

Stay safe and make memories in simple ways.

If you ever plan on being near our place, please make a point to come share in the Simple Fun.

Yikes... Time is Flying by for the Joyner's how about You?
Trey & Adon mastered the snow mountains in Jamestown while G & G did a little climbing ourselves!  A great trip to visit J & T and a blessing
in that Jaydan their first foster son came back to be with them while we were there.

A pile up of love.. This is how we spend our Thursdays!

The baby and she is a girl.  I'll say no more...

Loving those around you and growing in Christ's desire for self and family is a life
long goal.  We are busy yes but... the family and friends God allows in our lives are genuine
and we are very thankful for them all.

A Day by Day Growth Time....

What has occurred in 2011?

Lots! Trey turned 2 years old, J & T got new garage roof completed, Nathaniel turned 1 year old, Jodi and Chris got another car... it has all been a blast! The best is yet to come... baby 3 arriving soon!

My favorite one word sermon "Breath". My newest lesson: I am not God. Digging deep to find solution for those days when tears just won't turn off.
I like being the strong unwavering mom, sister, wife, 'christian'....

Blessings are numerous. Why the sadness? I ask the Lord, "please take the lead that I keep taking from you". He gave me recall of the song: "I've got the Joy Joy Joy deep in my heart".

I read the book, "The Help" last week. Great story with lots of truth (although fictional setting). My phone has the bible on it but I think I need to feel the thing soft pages of my real Bible.

God invites us to rest in His arms and soak in His desires. Very thankful for Him.

Soaking today.... psj

God Thank you for Life.

It's remarkable to share time with family & friends.
It's a miracle to just let a day plan itself out and watch the Lord use what He continues to teach you again & again.
Remember any of those experiences?

My joy came in twos, threes, fours, & elevens today.
T. & I giggling & cuddling early in AM, Watching whole crew pack up & rendezvous with long dstance friends 'on time'...,
Cruising a nice pizza diner watching everyone play favorite games and get caught up on one another's lives, Shopping with hubby & son, cuddling with N8 at the end of a long fun filled day.

I don't have all life's answers but I praise my Lord & Savior for who He is and what He has done & is going to do.

Breathing Inn - Holiday Perspective.....

Joy or the meaning of it is every expanding for us!
Though I find myself experiencing the feeling life is flying by I know beyond a shadow of a doubt Jesus is Alive and His works are our commission!

When I hold our youngest grandson in my arms I can feel energy and love and joy and he isn't doing a thing but the warmth he gives combined with the knowledge that he is a gift from God fills my heart!

As snow continues to pile up outside our NY family's home, I know they are together and warm inside their house.

I've been wandering through old pictures the last day or so and been adding them to my FB page to share and hopefully get some giggles.

Slow down your life. Soak in the tools to encourage and love as we approach Jesus' Birthday celebration. Write notes, visit those who are lonely, if your lonely visit people! They are lonely too.

Give the gift of your abilities that God himself gave all of us.

Happy Birthday Jesus!

Family Times.... (Road Trip)

It is a great blessing to be with your children 24/7. The opportunity to watch Tiffany M. Joyner (Justin's wife), play a home football game for Erie Illusion of Erie PA occured this last Saturday.

Our road trip which happily included Jodi and her son, began on Friday evening with our drive to the Joyner's in NY. Jamestown was filled with basketball hoops as they were hosting Gus Macker Tournament. Don and our children went and checked out our friend, Seth playing in Tourney.

The rain held off as we made our way to Erie for T.'s game. Grandson puddle jumped, ate, smiled, flirted with little girls, hugged on his Papa.... It was a great time.
The game went into double overtime! Something was always happening.

With amazing modern technology we called ahead to a restaurant and picked up dinner for our ride home. Baby t. was so tired and dirty he splashed in tub and was all ready for heading to bed.

The Lord blessed the trip. Seeing friends from Justin's church the following day was nice.
Bob E. cooked lunch and off we went heading home to MI.

I am thankful we were kept safe from all the tornado's that were spalshing down.
I am thankful God never sleeps and my refining is never complete until I am joined with Jesus in Heaven.

Great times!
